Deposit: A $500 deposit is required to reserve your space, which is only requested after your application has been approved by our team. You will receive a payment request for the deposit once the teaching team has approved your application.
Online Store Terms and Conditions
Annual memberships are set to automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access to content and services. By enrolling in a yearly membership, you agree to the recurring billing cycle.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails or newsletters does not cancel your membership or prevent the renewal charge. It remains the member's responsibility to manage their subscription through their account portal or by contacting support before the renewal date.
Refunds for automatic renewals will not be granted if cancellation was not completed prior to the renewal date, regardless of email subscription status.
Online Store Terms and Conditions
Usage: By agreeing to the Terms of any online service, you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Prohibited Actions: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Product Availability: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Quality Assurance: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Errors and Inaccuracies: Occasionally, there may be information on our site or Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
If a student withdraws before 2 months (8 weeks) of the course or retreat start date, they will be refunded the full amount minus the $500 deposit. If a student withdraws 6 weeks or less before the course or retreat start date, they forfeit the entire payment. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason.
Event Cancellation: YogaCoach reserves the right to cancel any event (online training/yoga retreats/yoga teacher training). In such cases, a full refund of all monies will be returned to the client.
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that students purchase Travel Insurance to cover any situation that may arise, such as illness, change of ticket dates, family emergency, etc. YogaCoach is not liable for students' failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage.
Attendance: 95% attendance is required at each Yoga Teacher Training Course. In case of sickness or other circumstances, YogaCoach will work with the student to ensure they can attain their certificate and transfer the money paid for the course to another course if necessary.
Online Courses:
- 30-day money-back guarantee requires 85% attendance for all LIVE sessions and community participation.
- Course attendance and participation will be assessed daily.
- There is a 7-day cooling-off period for the money-back guarantee.
- Payment plans will be canceled within the cooling-off period.
- Administration fees of US$50 apply to all refunds.
Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Force Majeure
YogaCoach will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement during any period in which such performance is delayed or prevented by fire, earthquake, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic, explosion, casualty, war, terrorism, embargo, riot, civil disturbance, act of a public enemy, act of God, or the intervention of any government authority, or any other similar cause beyond the control of YogaCoach.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations of Liability
Service Quality: We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service and all products delivered through the service are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
Liability: YogaCoach Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
