Founder
Master Educator · 45+ Years · Teacher of Teachers
Mark has spent 45 years in yoga. Not as a hobbyist. As a practitioner, teacher, trainer, and lineage holder who has dedicated his entire life to understanding and transmitting what yoga actually is.
His background spans ancient lineages rooted in Hatha Yoga, Vedanta and Tantra, somatic psychotherapy, and more than 25 years developing internationally recognised teacher training programs. He has taught thousands of teachers across 200-hour and advanced 300-hour trainings, and worked with Australian Olympic gold medallists and world champions in swimming and surfing.
Mark doesn't teach yoga as exercise. He teaches it as a complete system for the mind, body, energy and life. If you've ever wanted to understand what yoga really is beyond the poses, this is where that begins.
Co-founder
Yoga Teacher · Retreat Leader · Brand and Business
Cristina brings together two worlds that don't often meet: deep yogic practice and the practical skills needed to build something real in the modern world.
As a devoted student and teacher, she has co-facilitated 200-hour teacher trainings, led international retreats, and built the online programs that have brought YogaCoach's teachings to thousands of students globally. She leads YogaCoach's branding, business strategy and social media — making sure the depth of the teachings actually reaches the people who need them.
Her own yoga journey began 15 years ago through yoga, meditation and Hawaiian shamanism, studying under Mark Breadner, Nicole Walsh, Shiva Rea and the Himalayan Institute. She teaches from that foundation — intelligent sequencing, philosophy, breath and meditation woven together into practice that is both traditional and alive.
