By accessing or using any YogaCoach product, website, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in any program.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. YogaCoach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Early Bird Pricing

Early bird pricing applies when full payment is made by the stated cut-off date. Initiating a conversation before the cut-off date does not qualify you for the discount. Full payment must be completed before midnight on the cut-off date.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required to reserve your place, it must be paid within 7 days of application approval or your space will be reallocated. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date the deposit is received, during which a refund may be requested minus any bank transfer fees.

Refund Policy

Online Courses

• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies where stated, subject to 85% attendance of all live sessions and active community participation
• A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase
• An administration fee of USD $50 applies to all approved refunds

Memberships

Annual memberships renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. It is the member's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for renewals where cancellation was not completed prior to the billing date. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your membership.

Live Programs and Retreats

• Withdrawals more than 8 weeks before the start date: full refund minus the deposit
• Withdrawals 6 weeks or less before the start date: full payment is forfeited
• No date transfers accepted within 30 days of the start date

Event Cancellation

If YogaCoach cancels an event, a full refund of all monies paid will be returned to the participant.

Usage and Prohibited Actions

By using any YogaCoach product or service, you agree not to:

• Use our content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any portion of our service without express written permission
• Violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Affiliate Program

• Self-referral using your own affiliate code is strictly prohibited
• Each course has a unique affiliate link which must be used for tracking purposes
• Commissions are set at 30% of the course price with a 30-day conversion window
• Payment is made 30 days after purchase, minus applicable admin and transaction fees
• If a referred student cancels, the affiliate commission is also cancelled

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YogaCoach does not guarantee that use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Force Majeure

YogaCoach will not be liable for failure to perform any obligations where such performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, government action, or other similar events.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
